These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website beatlatin.com (the “Site”) and the services provided therein, including the purchase and download of digital audio and video remixes, as well as membership subscriptions (collectively, the “Services”). 

The Services are operated by BeatLatin (“we”, “us”, or “our”).By accessing the Site, making a purchase, subscribing to a membership, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

1. EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. AccountsTo access certain features (e.g., downloads, memberships), you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at soporte@beatlatin.com.

3. Digital Products and Licenses

• All products are digital downloads: high-quality audio remixes (320kbps MP3 or similar) and video remixes (HD formats).
• Upon successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the purchased content for personal, non-commercial purposes only (e.g., DJ/VDJ sets, personal events).
• You may not: resell, redistribute, sublicense, upload to public platforms, modify for resale, or use commercially beyond personal performance without explicit written permission.
• Single purchases: One-time access to download the specific remix(es).
• Memberships provide access to the library during the active subscription period.

4. Membership SubscriptionsWe offer six membership plans:Audio Memberships (access to audio remixes library):

• Basic Audio: Limited access, 10 downloads/month, basic updates.
• Premium Audio: Limited access, 20 downloads/month, premium updates.
• Elite Audio: Unlimited access + extras (e.g., acapellas, packs, early releases).

Video Memberships (access to video remixes library):

• Basic Video: Limited access, 10 downloads/month.
• Premium Video: Limited access, 20 downloads/month.
• Elite Video: Unlimited + premium features (e.g., exclusive video edits, transitions).

• Subscriptions are recurring (monthly or annually, as selected) and auto-renew unless canceled.
• You can cancel anytime via your account or by emailing soporte@beatlatin.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds.
• Access ends immediately upon cancellation or non-payment.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any membership tier with notice.

5. Payments and Billing

• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
• Payments processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full payment details.
• By subscribing or purchasing, you authorize recurring charges for subscriptions.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of access until resolved.
• No refunds for digital downloads or memberships after access is granted (due to immediate delivery of digital goods). Exceptions only for technical errors preventing delivery.

6. Intellectual PropertyAll content on the Site (remixes, edits, videos) is owned by BeatLatin or licensed to us. You receive no ownership rights—only the limited license described above. Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.

7. User ConductYou agree not to:

• Upload infringing, harmful, or illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Site.
• Use the Services for commercial redistribution or spam.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of LiabilityThe Services and content are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

9. TerminationWe may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.

10. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [insert state if applicable, e.g., Delaware or Florida]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [appropriate jurisdiction].
